Poulenc: Dialogues des Carm?lites 2004 Blu-ray
When Canadian opera director Robert Carsen presented his interpretation of Francis Poulenc's Dialogues des Carm?lites at the Nederlandse Opera in Amsterdam in 2001, not only the press and audience were enthusiastic, but Riccardo Muti, then still head of La Scala in Milan, also took notice. He brought the production to La Scala in 2004 and conducted it himself.
