音樂史上鮮少可同時以小提琴家與鋼琴家雙重身份，於同一場演奏會上演出兩首協奏曲的音樂家。以往有關小提琴家費雪的鋼琴造詣極佳的訊息時有所聞，樂迷們卻始終無從驗證，但在這場2008年於德國舉行的新年音樂會中，她先後演奏了聖桑的第三號小提琴協奏曲和葛利格的鋼琴協奏曲，精彩的演出，充分證實自己在這兩項樂器上的傑出造詣。這份錄影便是收錄自2008新年音樂會的現場，也由於是現場演出，不可能經過剪輯修正錯誤，費雪在鋼琴上的出色表現，確實令人印象深刻。這場在德國法蘭克福老歌劇院的演出，讓世人見識了費雪在小提琴以外的音樂才華，現場的觀眾無不讚嘆。她於2010年同時發行了帕格尼尼二十四首小提琴奇想曲錄音，是史上少數挑戰這套艱難曲目的女性小提琴家，就連慕特、韓黛兒、莫莉妮等世界級名家也都瞠乎其後。而在這之前，她更已灌錄過巴哈的無伴奏組曲和奏鳴曲，以及柴可夫斯基與布拉姆斯的小提琴協奏曲。才二十七歲，便已經是法蘭克福音樂院的小提琴教授，這樣一位傳奇人物的藝術，當然值得仔細品味一番。
