尚•皮耶•朗帕爾(Jean-Pierre Louis Rampal; 7 Jan 1922 - 20 May 2000)法國長笛演奏家，是蜚聲四海的大師級人物。他在二戰結束後就開始在世界各地巡演，也是法國管樂五重奏團和巴黎巴羅克合奏團的創始者。1947年朗帕爾在日內瓦國際比賽獲大獎，被聘為威西歌劇院樂團的首席長笛。後前往美國，與美國釵h知名的交響樂團合作演出，博得一致讚賞。1956∼1962年任巴黎國立歌劇院管絃樂團首席長笛。在著名的長笛大師中，朗帕爾具有幾個最大的亮點，一是他為全面發展長笛演奏藝術作出了傑出貢獻。除古典曲目外，他也涉足爵士樂、英國民歌、日本和印度音樂等。
